Ryan Gardner, Owner
Ryan grew up in a family that has a long-standing tradition of excellence in the construction trades. The Gardner family has a reputation of honesty and integrity in the contracting, construction and real estate industries in the Green Mountain State.
Ryan has owned and operated Gardner Contracting and Excavation, Inc. since 2007.
His very first job was working for Eric’s Excavating where he learned foundation work, septic work, and site work. The next winter, he established a vigorous snow plowing business which he maintains to this day, caring for over 200 residential and commercial customers. In addition, he worked for Gardner Construction, Inc. for 9 years.
A lifetime resident of Vermont, Ryan grew up in the real estate construction business, employing friends in the earlier years to help with site work, construction, and whatever might be needed on the job sites. Since that time, Ryan has built single family homes, duplexes, retrofit many commercial spaces, and continues to conduct a thriving construction, site work and plowing business.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys boating on Lake Champlain, snowmobiling, and hunting.
